This past Friday, I “Experienced the Future” at Wired NextFest. The future is fascinating, and not just a wee bit creepy. Between the biometrics (such as fingerprinting and face recognition) worming its way into everything and the socialable robots designed to be Man’s New Best Friend, a lot of dark thoughts were among the excitement.
Like about 85% of the people who attended the expo, I took photos with my digital camera and posted them on Flickr. But I do credit myself with waiting until I got home (no moblogging here, honest).
