Website Launch for Ace Waste Recycling, Plus Other News

January has been a busy month, and the things I’ve been working on are starting to see some light. Last week, I launched a client’s new website, AceWasteRecycling.com. I designed and built the site, and learned a lot about recycling and waste management along the way. I particularly recommend these two pages if you’re interested in a sampling: About Construction and Demolition Debris and the History of Waste.

Currently, I’m preparing to launch a new website for Multi-Media Training Institute, a nonprofit I’m working with that helps at-risk youth in DC learn multimedia and life skills. We have a TV show — check it out if you’re in DC. We already put up some videos about the organization using Flash video, too. Here’s one of them.

I’ll also be launching a new site for Fab Apps, my own mini web firm. I’m hoping to have a fresh website up there before mid-February!

Happy New Year PirateIt’s 2007! 2006 was a busy year for me, both personally and professionally. Here’s a retrospective on selected web projects I worked on last year. Check it out!

What are your New Year’s Resolutions? Mine involve Kung Fu, a “Survival Trek”, and coding Flash components. Oh wait, that’s just this month! :-)
